This is the answer I received when I asked if pool was clean

Restaurant and shop in Messambria are still closed.
Opening will be after few week.
Restaurant and shop in Privilege Fort are already open.

Swimming pool is already full, right now company which
managing swimming pools in Fort Noks Complexes delivering
different types of cleaning chemicals and other staff, so swimming
pool will be clean after 2-3 weeks too.

And I'd like to notice (just for information)
that water in swimming pool and in Black Sea
is still too cold to swim.

When does the season start? And what do we pay maintenance for??

Know what you're saying Bridget, but officially the season does not start until 1st June - that's the date they aim for everything to be up and running, even though I'm sure that there's already people out there on hols etc!
