This holiday season is over, and we are actively preparing the complex for the next one, when we will be happy to welcome you again! The following works are scheduled and underway:
- the renovation of the building facades is completed;
- pool repairs /restoration of the waterproof insulation integrity, tile replacement, inspection and preparation of the pool equipment for the winter season/;
- trimming of the trees and bushes, maintenance of the green areas in the complex;
- planting and lawn care;
- repair of the foundations and replacement of the basalt on the walkaways in the complex;
- new video surveillance system in the complex is fully integrated and already working;
- painting of the terrace railings of the apartments;
- repair of the entrances area (steps and porch) of sections D5 and C3 in Holiday Fort;
- additional car parking will be constructed along the road from the Orchid Fort side, free of charge for our apartment owners. Fort Noks company provides its own land for the needs of this parking area;
