Block E1

Hi
Does anyone own an apartment in E1? We are in the process of looking at apartment 716 which faces the gardens. I have had some pictures sent from fortnoks which shows the gardens from 1 view, but from another view i could see a road. I have queried this but they are trying to convince me it is a garden view. If someone does own an apartment in E1 and are going out (or are out there at the moment) could you check this out for me. I dont want to rush in and then regret it, as we are strugling to raise the money as it is. Any advice would be appreciated as we know where the site is but we havent been out there since it has been built.

Yes it is 716 I just checked my email from Teodor. I will really appreciate if you could check this apartment out for us, it will make it a bit easier to come to a decision. Any information will be great
