Charges When Completing the Purchase of the Apartment

Can anyone give me a breakdown of charges when making the last installment to complete the purchase - I paid 73000 Euros for my apartment and I'm trying to find out what costs are involved when completing. Any information would be appreciated -
notary - what percentage does fort noks put on the document and what percentage do you pay
Muncipal Tax - is it best to pay this yourself - is this possible the first year
Translator - how much do they are charge for this
Solicitor - is it worth getting one for completion

Any other costs involved and any ways to reduce the costs

We are due to pay our last installments and sign the notary in May and Fort Noks have broken down the cost for us, we have a two bedroom apt and we paid
64,685.25 euros.

1026.75 euro - half of the notary tax
150.00 euro - preparing the notary act
100.00 euro - Bulstat registration
100.00 euro - reissuing of cadastral scheme and tax valuation
50.00 euro - notary tax for signing a contract for maintenance and management of the complex
25.00 euro - interpreter.

779.20 euro - maintenance fee 2010/2011
288.30 euro - municiplax tax 2010
120.00 euro - insurance 2009/2011
30.00 euro - service fee 2010/2011
