Is it just me or do the security guards this year seem unhelpfull and rude, in past years all the guards have been polite and helpfull even to the point in late april we made them coffee when coming in late .this year everyone around the pool we have spoken to have the same opinion
. fort noks need to decide if the gates are to be always closed or not ,but when you go out of the gate and nod to the guard go to the shop fifty feet away and when you come back he just looks at you and walks away because you havent got a card its just rude. we assume their job is to reconise the residents and permit them entry , not to obstruct everyones comings and goings in an arogant manner . When it appears there is a gate open and unattended next to the football pitch it seems a bit strange for a new stricter shut the gate behind you policy and sod helping people with cases and prams policy which seems to have evolved this year.
