Hi,

Can anyone confirm that they have received and had correctly fitted their furniture packages? Did you produce the title deeds prior to fitting? We paid in full in October 2007 (more fool us) and have had nothing but grief/excuses and lack of response from MRI.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

We too have had nothing but grief from MRI. We paid for 2 years aftersales membership and have not received any of the benefits we were promised. We also used CFP to obtain a mortgage, only to be told that the mortgage was no longer available. We reckon that between MRI and CFP, we have lost around £3000. I would suggest that you persevere with emailing MRI to see if you get a response. Having said that, we are still awaiting a reply from them. Best of luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
