Hi your complex must be very bad as everyone is selling or trying to rent months in advance. As a customer who is looking to invest in Bulgaria Your complex is the last one I would look at as it is all about sales or rental not how good the complex is or how people enjoyed there stay how the restaurants or bars are very poor PR wise up and post some good news
