FORT NOKS

Burger bar in the complex.... just had a great week in the complex as usual ,but was disappointed to see that the pool bar was shut to residents, owners and clients, but the owner of the bar (Stan) was happy to to be back in there drinking with his friends, there was no notice that the bar was going to close and the complex was still busy so can anyone tell me why it was closed , so no one had anywhere to eat and had to go into town for there meals or even a drink
