I have just reserved an apartment in A2 - I'm new to buying abroard and I'm dealing with Fort Noks directly - is this a good thing.
Also I've only bought from photos, not actually been out there to see the area - as anyone seen the area they're intending to build on - what's it like.

Hello neighbours .... we are also in the process of buying a 2 bed apartment in Holiday Fort Club -- Block C1.
Decided to go ahead during a holiday to Sunny Beach . We were impressed with the other complexes by Fort Noks , so decided to take the plunge!!!

I have an apartment at nessebar fort club. The land for holiday Fort Club is right next door i believe.
You can see it on google earth, as you can see all of the complexes. Look for the Aqua Park, Nessebar and Holiday are right over the main road from the aqua park.

Hi all,
I went out in September of this year and viewed most of the Fort noks developments. All were built to a very high standard and I expect Fort Club complexes to be the same. Fort Noks are a very reputable company and I am very happy I purchased with them (G5-721 in Fort Club).
I viewed the Fort Club complexes in September but it was a very rainy day and I couldn't get into the complexes as it was a mud bath! I went round other complexs during my stay. I personally like Fort Club as it is far from the maddening crowd and crowded older sections of Sunny Beach, yet it is only 15 min walk to the sea front. You have the best of both worlds. Only down side is our complexs are off the busy main road to Varna. I'm told there will be an underpass or bridge built to allow pedestrians to safely cross the busy road towards the Aqua Parc and the Sunny Beach area.
By the way the URL for Google Earth & Sunny Beach is:
http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&hl=en ... 2,0.004163
Good luck everyone

Hi
We were out in sunny beach in sept and purchased a 2 bed in C1. Still pondering whether to use a solicitor or not, does anyone know what they have to do for you, is it to jusy check the legality of the documents or is there more involved.

Hi, check out the owners website at
www.fn-owners.co.uk
this site has been online for over a year with hundreds of fort noks owners on. Many useful topics including this one have been discussed many times.
Hope this is of use Leigh.

Hello Bill and Kay, I have just completed on two apartments in the Sunny Beach area and would strongly advise the use of a solicitor.I used a company called Dobreva and Boneva and they are very good and speak very good English which is essential. On the day of transfer you really must have someone with you who speaks both languages as otherwise it is very easy to see how things could become very confused and a solicitor will also be working with your interests foremost. No doubt you will have people telling you not to use a solicitor but as someone who has been through the process twice I think it is a must and they are worth their weight in gold. There is so much more than just the legality of documents for your solicitor to do and on the day both of my transfers went very smoothly but without my solicitor it would have been so very different as she picked up on quite a few mistakes with things that could have held up the process without her being there. The agent that sold me the apartments told me only a a few weeks ago that some people who had chosen not to use a solicitor turned up in Bulgaria for the transfer but because of mistakes with paperwork etc the transfers could not go ahead and they had to return home without completing on the apartments.Good Luck.Cheers.
