How does this affect the payment on completion. Does this mean we have to pay in January instead of June. Also, can you confirm that furnishing by any party can commence in January upon completion.

I asked the same question to teodor - the next payment is due for Jan 2009 and you can furnish the apartment after 1 month of payment

The apartment can be furnished as soon as we receive the payment due for the issuing of ACT 15 (one month after it).
