50 euros Insurance + Final Payment

We are about to make final payment for HFC. We have received a memo by email stating payment is due, and then it also states 50euros Insurance until Dec 2009.

Has anybody else had to pay this upfront? If yes, do we pay it seperately or do we simply add to the final installment?

Would appreciate your thoughts.

HI I HAVE ALSO TO MAKE THE FINAL PAYMENT.
I GOT ALSO AN E-MAIL TO PAY THE INSURANCE BUT NOT 50,00 EURO BUT 60,00 EURO.
I WILL TRANSFER THE MONEY ALL IN ONE.
SORRY I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT THE TITLE DEED. IS IT TRUE THAT THE TITLE DEED IS
ONLY IN BULGARIAN LANGUAGE AND THE NOTAR TRANSLATE THIS IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE AT
THE MOMENT WHEN WE WILL SIGN ?
CAN WE BELIEVE THAT EVERYTHING IS TRUE WHAT HE TRANSLATE ?

YOUR REGARDS

Hi All

You are right the deeds are written in Bulgarian and will be translated to you before you sign at the notary, I have not heard of anyone complaining that they were not given a true translation.
The request for insurance payment is not compulsory, you can make alternative arrangements. 40 Euros Studio, 50 Euros one-bedroom and 60 Euros Two-bedroom.

1-bedroom apartments
Subject of insurance.........................Insurance amount
Real estate......................................14 600,00 euro
The contents in the real estate................1 534,00 euro
The contents against burglary and theft .....1 023,00 euro
Earthquake......................................16 134,00 euro
Public liability....................................3 000,00 euro
As posted by Fort Noks on the Nessabar Fort Club thread.

Hope this helps.

Hi sunnyman

Our title deeds consisited of 2 copies, 1 in Bulgarian and 1 in English.

Can't you ask your lawyer to get the Bulgarian copy translated? it only cost us 4.10 euro per page.

Regards

Alison

HI ALL,
THANK YOU FOR YOUR INFORMATIONS.
I ASKED MY LAWYER IF THEY CAN MAKE ME A COPY WITH THE TRANSLATION BUT THEY ANSWERED
ME THAT THEY WILL TRANSLATE IT AFTER I HAVE SIGNED. SO I'M A LITTLE BIT CONFUSED.
ABOUT THE INSURANCE I THINK I WILL TAKE ANOTHER INSURANCE AGENCY ALSO IF I PAY A MORE
BECAUSE I WANT BE SURE THAT THE APARTMENT IS GOOD INSURED.
