Hiya,
Does anyone know how much per square meter the apartments on our complex [massambria] are going for? Ours has sea and mountain views.

hi paul&louise,we dont know how much they are going for,their were 9apts for resale in sept now only 3 unsold,,prices of the new builds on the coast at elenite vary in price from 1200euro m2-2200euro m2....but i think this will set a benchmark price,we have seen alot of people trying to buy land and property in elenite ,according to some people it is becoming the place to buy....with top quality hotels being built and bars /restaurants,your apt will be a very good sale in approx 2/3 years,we hope this helps in someway,,,,,,,,
