Hello everyone I hope this type of post is ok Im not mentioning no prices or wanting to sell my apartment. However I have an apartment in Panarama and one in the Riviera. Quite a few friends also have in the panarama. I would like to try and swap my apartent with someone who has one over in the the St Vlas area as this is where I keep ending up when I am there and I am not getting full use of my Riviera apartment. It also means when Iam over there me and my family and friends etc are all together.
My apartment in the Riviera is one bed and 77sq metre which is very big, it is ground floor and is NOT sea view! I would also be willing to incur any of the costs involved in the transfer and even lose some sq footage (this would have to be negotiated) to make a swap happen.
