Notary fees on completion

hi, ive just about to complete on my crown fort properties and sign the deeds. someone told me i have to pay notary fees on completion.
is this true, and how much are they?

Yes you do, bit like Stamp Duty here. Will depend on what contract you have with FN (sometimes they split the fees, othertimes don't). Think total is 3% of the value on the deeds (not necessarily the same as purchase price). You'll also need to pay translator fee and Bulstat Registration - can't remember how much these were but not masses. Hope this helps.
