signing deeds

Hi This is my first post and would appreciate some advice please. I have bought in PFB I need to sign the title deeds and any other required paperwork, Fort Noks have said they pay half of the fees, do they supply a lawyer to do the whole lot or do i need my own? and how much should the total price be? Thank you
