I have written to admin on several occassions in an attempt to book the cleaning of my apartment but I have had no reply.

Is this the experience of any one else whem help is needed ?

You haven't sent even one message to me, so please do not write such untrue postings on the forum.
The cleaning of your apartment is a metter to be discussed with the manager of your complex, and not with the administrator of the forum.
