online payments

Hi, is anyone experiencing problems with the online payment system? I have been trying for days to pay a bill and it won't let me, it won't take me to the page where you enter your card details, saying that there is no security and to continue would compromise your security. needless to say I dare'nt enter my card details.

Would appreciate any advice,
