Just a word to the wise for those in the process of selling your apartment - We have recently sold our apartment on Panorama - Fortnoks have always stated that they need money in credit so that bills can be paid for on a monthly basis. We complied with this - always making sure we were in credit and our other bills have always been paid on time. I have now asked the Panorama office to refund this money to us - 169 euros in total and they have refused to do so - I have given them the option of refunding the money to us - they couldnt do that, asked them to give the money to our property management company who are on site - they have refused to do that. Their only suggestion is to ask the people who have bought the apartment to now refund us the money and they will credit them with our money - oh and could we provide Fortnoks with the new owners information so that they can start billing them. This is just the final nail in the coffin for us - I cant tell you how glad I am that I will no longer have to deal with this lot.
