Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Cloudy, calm sea, slight wind and a little on the chilly side this morning. Mixed weather over the weekend, some snow showers, cloud, sunshine at times, wind, sometimes warm and very cold last night. Had all the weathers in one weekend. :? Although still managed to get the BBQ out Sunday. Very busy again in the Royal park area, concrete getting poured most of the weekend. Photo's to follow.
Gary, glad you like the kitchen's, you know Sean, great quality with good prices. Hope you all had a great weekend, have a good day all.

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Cloudy, calm sea, slight wind with mild temperature. Cloudy and grey most of yesterday and got really cold by the evening. Swans and fishermen out in the bay today, the big tankers have finaly moved away. Work still all go in the Elenite area, a little chaotic at times. Looks like they are creating more beach area up by Panarama complex, lots of activity up that end, so will keep you posted. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a snowy Elenite,
Yes slightly snowing as I type, calm sea and chilly. Don't think the snow will come to much as the sun is trying to come through. Yesterday turned out lovely and sunny, but still on the cold side. Very cold late evening. Work on the site facing Royal park is coming along. Foundations nearly there and ground floor in prep. A great Birthday party had last night up in Vlas, fireworks, home made curry, drinks, dancing and singing. Few more faces turning up for the season, sign of spring and summer on it's way. :D Have a great day all.

Di

Can you tell me where you were stood when you took the last two pictures of the work facing NFC ?
I was just trying to work out exactly where the hotel is in relation to the front gates.

The pictures are great and I really enjoy looking at whats going on.

Cheers

Dave

The hotel is next to the Aqua park. It is exclusive to First Choice holidays and an artist impression can be viewed on First Choice website. The hotel has access to the aqua park and is due to open this year. Bookings are already being taken.

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Cloudy, calm sea, a little drizzle but quite mild this morning. The snow came to nothing again but forecast say more snow on the way. The work facing Royal park is well under way, all steel work almost finished, 250 plus cube concrete pour anytime now. New pavements going down by the little shop by the bus stop in Elenite. Brick work started on the site next to Pfb. A few photo's added this morning. Today in Bulgaria is Ladies day, so off for a spa day at the Royal Castle with the girls. Have a great day all.

Dave, looking from Nfc towards sunny beach, the building is at 12, the pictures were taken approx at 2. Hope this helps.

Good morning all from a little cloudy Elenite,
A few clouds this morning, sun coming through, could be in for a nice sunny day. Calm sea, no wind and mild temperature. Swans bobbing around and fishermen out and about. Work continues all around, still very hectic in the Royal park area. A great day had yesterday for ladies day. The Royal castle is a place to visit. The spa area is out of this world, so chilling and relaxing, we all enjoyed the day. Another weekend upon us, hoping for a quiet one. Have a great weekend all. Will update you with photo's over the weekend.

Good morning all from a little cloudy Elenite,
Some sunshine over the weekend, quite chilly at times and no snow. Today cloudy, sun trying to come through, calm sea and milder temperatures. Work hard at it down in the Royal park area. New pavements coming along. Foundations almost complete with the build facing Royal park. Getting ready for the 6th floor on the site next to Pfb. Still working on the new beach area at Panarama. Some pics just added. Hope you all had a great weekend, have a good day.

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Sun trying to break through, a little windy and on the chilly side. Calm sea, swans and fisermen out and about. A few people walking the beach yesterday, also guest staying on Messambria, so a sign of things livening up. :) Temperatures are looking good for the end of the week, so hopefully out of the woods now with the cold weather. Fingers crossed. Work continues all around, trucks and concrete up and down all day, into the late hours. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
A lovely sunny morning start, clouds now coming over. Calm sea and no wind. Looked like we were in for a glorious day, but soon changes around here. Turned out warm and sunny yesterday afternoon, able to have lunch on the balcony. :) Work men have turned up on the Monestry hotel, next to Messambria. A few machines and trucks turning up, so hopefully things should be happening. Will keep you posted. Gardener's were hard at it at Mfb, clearing and prepping all areas. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Raining on and off, very cloudy, windy and chilly. More like a winter's day than spring. :( Temperature's really dropped again late afternoon yesterday, where is all this nice weather they keep promising. :? Still hectic in the Elenite area with the building work, new pavements coming along. It's all gone quiet again on the Monestry hotel next to Mfb, just a day's work so far. The hotel facing Nfc, really taking shape, going at it now at some pace. Photos been updated. Enjoy and have a great day all.
