I have used them, and found their email services terrible. had lot of problems getting basic information from them. will not use them or MRI again.!!

am havin problems again with them! they finally responded in the end a few months ago cos there was money in it for them, ie-i was signing deeds, but now im chasing copies of my deeds and the bstards wont respond to anything.
i just want my paperwork and be done with them for ever.

i also had trouble getting the deeds from them. They wouldnt reply to emails.

I started emailling their head office and all the high up people in the business. I got the deeds a few days later.
