Good morning,temps on the rise down/up here,due for warm temps for another week, so i have been told, and then we are in for a cold snap with temp as much as -15,,,can,t wait for that,,,not!!! building work continues here in elenite, tower crane delivered yesterday on new build opposite aqua park, concrete base for new stalls layed yesterday,retaining wall on crown shuttered and waiting concrete,tennis court on orchid taking shape,working on road from vlas to sunny beach a rather large hole appeared after the spell of bad weather so thats getting repaired in there way!!!!!! st vlas skyline still increasing by the second,,, thats about it ,weekend upon us ,hope you have a really nice one,,

Good morning hope you all had a good weekend,sat daytime weather quite nice calm sea etc,,sat eve sleet ,rain, snow bitter cold winds,yesterday sunny and warm,heavy frost this morning, clear blue skies, looks like we are in for a good one!! work continues all around, columns going up for fourth floor in elenite,plenty happin in vlas, road to airport putting in road side drainage coming on nicely,av a nice day!

Good morning /afternoon, sun out all day yesterday with nice and warm temps,come 3 in afternoon temps drop fast max 10c droping down to -3 in the space of 2 hours, roads are pretty muddy vlas /sunny beach,50% of retaining wall at crown finished, waiting for steel here in elenite, bourgas very quiet with shoppers etc, av a nice day

MORNING,WORK CONTINUES HERE IN ELENITE ,GROUND FLOOR COLUMNS POURED ON THE SITE OPPOSITE SUPERMARKET, THE OTHER ONE FOURTH FLOOR COLUMNS GOING UP,TRENCHS GETTING DUG READY FOR CABLE LAYING, ST VLAS PRETTY MUCH THE SAME BUIDING WORK ETC. WEATHER TEMPS HAVE BEEN GOOD ,QUITE MILD IN FACT, WE HAD SOME RAIN YESTERDAY AND LASTNITE, SO GONNA BE A PLEASURE WITH THESE MUDDY ROADS !!!! HAVE A REALLY NICE DAY,

Good morning from a wet bg,rained most of the nite which hopefully wil clean the roads ,for a while so we can get a fresh layer of mud soon after,not much happening down /up here ,just rain and mild temps!! looked at uk weather looks like your in for a bad one, hopefully everybody will be ok!! weekend upon us drive safe, happy sledging,snow ball fights etc av a gooden...

Good morning,temps over weekend pretty mild,yesterday dry and sunny temps reaching a good 17c nearly the same today,plenty of building work going on, usual concrete, muck away,steel,, have a good day!!!

Happy friday,weather has been very good to us down/up here this week plenty of warm sunshine ,nite times a little bit of rain ,but generaly very good for this time of year!!! couple of visitors over this weekend ,so a good bit of company! the new dual carriage way drainage channels coming on fast and laying more of the black stuff, airport really taking shape now ,lots happening inside and out, council workers cleaning the roads in vlas daily now,,,,,weekend here again, hope you enjoy...

Morning ,those lovely mild temps that we had last week disapeared friday nite, we had a long shower and then freezing temps which left us a very icey road and then a healthy sprinkling of snow on top and made driving conditions very poor indeed,,all construction work stopped,but temps on the rise this morning ,,,got the feeling its going to be one of those weeks!!!!! have a warm day,,,

Hi all ,workers started back yesterday,but were soon sent back early afternoon as more snow moved in and temps have really plumbeted ,,i guess around minus 6 or 7,,,, will have to get new thermometer,,looks like being a colder one here today, the pools are well and truly iced over ,,, av a nice day

Hi, gary it was cold yesterday morning, thankfully no wind,and baltic this morning the sun came out and was quite warm and the thaw began you can imagine the state of roads in vlas!! building workers are back hard at it , temps for tomorow and fri looking good, weekend not bad,,,i think the lull before the storm,,,same as last year me thinks!!! av a peaceful day...

Pinch punch,,,got ya,,ok yesterday raining all day but not heavy ,so that helped clean the roads (a bit) backfilling cable trenches here in elenite so roads getting back to norm ,,,ish ,clear skies this morning ,temps well on the rise and expecting a nice weekend weather wise,,talking of weekends hope you have a nice one,,,,

MORNING,weather over weekend quite mild and dry,until last nite started raining heavy and has not stopped ,looks set for the day but temps are mild!! usual work getting carried out no let up there!!! police stopping nearly every vechile to see if got new vignett(road tax) av a nice day..
