Good morning, weather still on the up ,nice hot temps over the weekend and at present,season offically started yesterday,plenty of flights in!! work continues her in elenite, pumping concrete next to pacos into late evening,shops nearly finished buy pfb,and they are still working on the new complexes,have a nice day,,,

Good morning, weather still very good down/up here, work still continues on complexes next to royal park,parking already becoming a bit of a nightmare the new shops are getting fronts and shelving installed, vlas looking good!!paradise beach nearly up and running, and will have a walk up later and see if beach bar open. work contnues opposite nfc ,they are putting roof on and painting parts of the new build, weekend upon us now, i hope you have a nice one

Good morning, mixed bag of weather over the weekend starting with friday a big thunder and lightning storm with heavy rain causing some flash floods and flooding to many parts of sunny beach ( in the usual places where they built roads without drains) saturday was nice and sunny and a bit cooler after storm, yesterday was light rain and overcast, this morning back to bright and sunny and looking like a hot one. work continues up in elenite with the shops getting stocked up and work on the new apartments in full flow, the new build opposite nfc looks nearly complete and looks like a bar area with outside seating. Tarmac was going down on the new airport approach road at weekend so nearly there now, have a great day

Good morning from a getting dry bg,still a mixed bag of weather for last couple of days plenty of rain etc, sun out this morning and looking good for the day!! plenty of our east european neighbours are turning up daily and parking already becoming a big issue in elenite and st vlas ,,the spider is working and not a very charitable chap!! most shops in elenite are up and running, the same with beachfront bars and restaurants.. Traffic is also getting bad most of the day now, especially last few days with bad weather, most wanting to go to bourgas,,have a nice day.........

Good morning, not posted much lately, due to our workload.Complexs are very busy and sunny beach buzzing and ive never seen it so full,st vlas the same story, lots of first timers coming on hols and the ones i have spoke to are coming back and for longer !! The weather has and is superb and sea temp nice and warm, bourgas very busy, so you can imagine the traffic !!! I have been told the new airport terminal is to open next week! Tourism is up on last year ,but no figures till the end of season! Have a great day.

Good morning,sun still out down/up here ,temps next few days expected around the 27c mark , sunny beach closing up fast,shops emptying their stock,bars and restaurants getting boarded up! Why the season shuts down so early is crazy, weather wise is perfect,st vlas pretty much shut down.
Maintenance on fort noks complexs getting carried out, painting of railings etc.. not much construction happening at the mo,,Masterhouse getting a big extention, some sites are getting workers back in vlas,,have a great day.............
