Good morning all from a chilly Elenite,
Spring has left us for a few days, bringing us plenty of rain and chilly temperature's. Forecast snow showers tonight. It was quite mild and sunny yesterday for a while, then hit with rain and continued through out the night. Oh well, we have been lucky so far, so cannot complain. Workers very busy on Holiday golf yesterday, all coming together. Putting up the roof on the other restaurant at Nfc, all getting ready for the summer. Restaurant roof complete at Pfb now. Have a good day all.

Good morning all from a clear blue sky Elenite,
Sun just coming up, so in for a good sunny day so far. No snow overnight, but it did get really cold around tea time. Nice calm sea, a big ship came in last night, thought we were in for a rough time, but seemed to have passed us. Went to Bourgas yesterday, found a new supermarket that has just opened. It is huge and sells practically everything. Called Kaufland, definately worth a visit. Bourgas was very very busy, getting difficult to park now, so we know summer is on its way. Off out to sunny beach tonight to start the weekend, hope you all have a good one.

Good morning all from a set to be sunny Elenite,
Rain rain rain, all weekend, very chilly and I did not even mention BBQ. Still a great weekend had. Had a meal at D'Jannys Friday, chinky Saturday in Bourgas, and a Sunday roast yesterday. Went to the new shop in Bourgas, Kaufland, it was so so busy. We saw car park rage, 2 fights in the carpark, trolly rage, big panic on as trolly's were running out, it was manic. You were fighting to get through the doors, but a great time had shopping and getting lots of bargains. A good weekend had apart from the weather, today looks promising, well at least it is dry. Hope you all had a good weekend, have a good day.

Hi

We have just started watching the forum and are enjoying your daily update, we have an apartment on Marina View and having visited your website wonder if you know what is being built on the waste ground next to Marina View?

Thanks

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Blue sky, calm sea, sun shinnig, a lovely morning here. Still unsure of what is being built on the waste land next to Marina View, will keep you posted if we hear anything. Lots of work going on at Holiday golf, cleaning and garden area's being attended to. Doing the gardens also on NFC, all getting ready. Work has started on the Sea eye, lots of trucks up and down, plenty of digging going on. Temperatures are very mild again, and its great to have the sun back. Have a good day all.

Good morning all from a little cloudy Elenite,
Lots of sunshine yesterday, able to sit on the balcony and catch a few rays. Got quite windy later on and chilly around 4 oclock. Wind dropped this morning, nice calm sea and maybe a little sunshine later. Cleaners are hard at it this morning on Mfb, gardens nearly finished, just a few final touches. It was crazy yesterday with all the trucks from the Sea eye, next to Mfb. Cannot see much work going on, just a lot of digging and trucks up and down. Will keep you updated. Have a great day all.

Hi Pip,
The Sea eye is next to Messambria, in between Paradise beach and Mfb in Elenite. Another complex, not due for completion until next year.

Greetings Sean & Di,
Just reading your forum and learn about Restaurant roof at Privilege Fort Beach is completed.
We bought at Privilege and were not aware of this. Is this a plus for the complex.
Love reading your daily update. How is Privilege looking at the moment!
We are hoping to head out in Sept., Since we bought in 2005, we have not seen our apt., so hopefully this year.
Regards.

Good morning all from an overcast Elenite,
Just started raining, so no sunshine today. Sheila, the roof at Pfb has just been replaced from the ornink that was there, this is a more secure way of protecting you from the sun and rain. Pfb in stages of getting ready for the summer, as are all of the FN complexe's. Well I don't believe it, the little rain that just started is actually little flakes of snow. Not going to come to much hopefully, but it was not on the forecast. So it's a wrap up day and keep warm. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Yesterday's snow lasted 10 minutes, sunshine 2 hours later, really warm then cold bitter cold by tea time. Most weather's in one day. Today, lovely blue sky, sun shining, nice calm sea looks set for a nice day. The new petrol station by the go carts is set for the big opening today, we will pop in for a nose. Sunny beach and St Vlas, workers still hard at it cleaning the roads and sweeping pavements. Building work continues in Elenite, Royal park, Romana villas and Sea eye, still along way to go on most. Taliana still at final stages, fingers crossed for some completion this season. So weekend here again, we are promised sunshine, but I am not mentioning the word BBQ !! but all being well we will try our best for a B** on the beach. Have a great weekend all.

Good morning all from a little cloudy Elenite,
A great weekend of sunshine had here, really warm and able to sit out in t shirts. Packo is over to get the bar ready, so we sat and had a few drinks with him over the weekend. Still gets chilly when the sun goes down, but definately warming up. Hope you all rememberd to put your clocks forward ! So lighter evenings now is wonderful, longer days and a sign of summer on its way. Lots of cleaning going on everywhere you look, St Vlas, Sunny beach, everyone preparing for the season. Winter really did seem to fly by. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a set to be sunny Elenite,
Yesterday was glorious, a walk up the beach and I was too hot !! it really was a lovely warm sunny day. Today much the same, a little cloud cover at the minute, lovely calm sea and temperature's very mild for this time of the morning. The new shopping mall in Bourgas opened at the weekend, Bourgas Plaza. It has lots of little shops, a huge Carrefour. Does everything from food, clothes to soft furnishing. It was manic on Friday, but worth taking a look when it calms down. Work going mad now on the Sea Eye, continuous trucks up and down all day, concrete being poured daily. Have a good day all.

Good morning all from a rainy Elenite,
Talk about April showers, we are definately getting them this morning !! Yesterday was a wonderful summers day. Temperature got to 25 degrees, so warm and sunny it was lovely. All the gardener's were out on HFGC yesterday, working very hard all day getting the tail end of the gardens prepared, looking good. The shop is also getting fitted out, should be open very soon, will keep you updated. Plenty of work happening in Suny beach, bars and shops getting ready, seems like Bulgaria has come a live again after a very quiet and empty winter. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a little cloudy Elenite,
The rain stopped by lunch time yesterday and the sun came out, it was another lovely warm day. Very calm sea this morning, looks set to brighten up. Final touches now on Taliana, they have put a gate up by the beach and preparing the pool area and gardens. Furniture and internal work continues. All the trees on Messambria seemed to have budded and grown overnight, the big oak also blooming. St Vlas getting busy now, more shops opening daily. Talking to a local yesterday and he said the season is starting early this year ! We will have to wait and see but I will keep you updated. Have a great day all.
