Key Holding & Apartment Cleaning

I have been offered a rental contract for our apartment in Crown Fort. We need to put in place a key holding and cleaning company to look after the apartment. Any one know of a company providing such a service or have used a company to provide these services. Any info greatly appreciated

Try Kath Stirling at Pheonix. We have found them to be very good and can recommend them.

I bought the apartment off plan 5 years ago before it had been built...they have only been managing the apartment for about 1 and 1/2 years! its was only until they tried to pay my taxes directly through the council that I found out!
