FORT NOKS

when i bought my apartment off plan on nessebar fort club 2006 i thought i was getting a bargain its only a small studio 31 sq mt but it only cost €23300 now to my horror i see fortnoks are selling the same studio on the floor above me A4 apt 107A for €18200 so it looks like apts on NFC are goin one way and thats down.

Im sure when you bought in 2006 you never knew there was going to be a slump in the global economy, which would inevitably lead to FN having to sell remaining Studios at cost or less (lets bear in mind that overall they have more than made their money on the others they have sold). There is no getting away from the fact that it will take a little longer than originally thought to make your investment pay, but thats the chance you take as it will pay off in time.

There is a lot of us in the same boat. Not much we can do about it now.
