No money due as Fort Noks furnished our apartment for us and not totally to our specification I might add and was a bit costly for what we got. Any idea on valuations we are considering selling, but not at a loss.

I have also had an email back to get a breakdown of rentals and they had to reduce the rental prices that are advertised on the Fort Noks website by as much as 50% and that is why I received half of what I was expecting. At least they used some initiative to get it let out assuming we can trust them as we have no way of checking without involving a lawyer/solicitor.

banny - i would check your electric + water meters that should give you a good idea how many days it was let out assuming you did take readings before handing it over to fortnoks
