can anyone tell me what is the rate in sunnybeach at the moment when changing cash (poundnotes) i normally use crown exchange in sunnybeach

I ARRIVED BACK YESTERDAY AND WHILE I WAS WALKING AROUND SUNNY BEACH THE HIGHEST RATE WAS 2.29 FOR YOUR £ BUT BE CAREFULL AS I NOTICED MOST EXCHANGE BUREAUXS WERE ADVERTISING WE SELL THE £ FOR... INSTEAD OF WE BUY THE £ FOR....AND ONCE YOUR MONEY HAS CHANGED HANDS THEY WONT CANCEL THE TRANSACTION AND YOU THEN REALISE THAT YOUVE READ THE SIGN WRONGLY AND YOUVE GOT A BAD RATE AS THATS WHAT HAPPENED TO SOME PEOPLE WHILE I WAS THERE. IM FROM MARINA VIEW AND THE MONEY EXCHANGE WASNT OPEN SO I COULDNT COMPARE WITH THEM, OR TRY YOUR LOCAL THOMAS COOK AS I FOUND THEY BEAT EVERYONE ON THE HIGH STREET IF YOU CHALLENGE THEM TO BEAT OTHER RATES.

I always use the bank in Sveti Vlas square to exchane £s. Never had any problems and get a good rate.

i was conned once by those little kiosk i verbaly asked what the rate was she told me then gave me the lesser rate if this ever happens call the police and the police know exactly what there doing and get your money back for you

i have always found the exchane in sveti vlas next to the bank very good you can always use the bank there also if it is open

we have just got back today and the rate has crept up all week, yesterday it was 2.29, the bank next to the police station usually gives a good rate or you can trust the crown booths they were giving the same rate never had any problems with them

Just returned from Panorama yesterday - booth on the complex is now open and offering 2.1, Sveti Vlas was 2.2.

the rate seems to be going up daily gone from 2.29 to 2.35
