I used the Argus car hire website to get a good deal at Bourgas airport the last few times I was over. When I flew over on a Sunday it worked out very expensive, but got the car dropped to my apartment the next day instead for a fraction of the price and took the bus from the airport. Strongly reccomend an automatic car if you're not used to right hand drive. Hope this helps.

Can't recall the actual name on the Carhire office in Burgas Airport but they are used by a number of companies to hire out cars- I have got good deals through TravelJigsaw based in Manchester and picked up no bother in Burgas. Just be aware that the Pick-up Office can be closed after hours and maybe late evening hours on a weekend and perhaps earlier in low season. There are a number of companies operating an Airport pick-up/drop-off service to avoid this problem- my cousin uses Union Car Rent-a Car
