Penthouse to let all dates £250 per week

I have a one bedroom penthouse in the block next to the main gate. Full air conditioning / terrace overlooking the pools all day sun lovely apartment with 1 bedroom and sofa bed in lounge.
Wasn't going to let this year but changed mind so all dates are available can also sort transfers if required.

Yes i am still an owner but had so many problems with forum site i have just released the apartment for rental this year
