Penthouse to let all dates £250 per week

I have a one bedroom penthouse in the block next to the main gate. Full air conditioning / terrace overlooking the pools all day sun lovely apartment with 1 bedroom and sofa bed in lounge.
Wasn't going to let this year but changed mind so all dates are available can also sort transfers if required.

I’m out in my apartment August 9th to 23rd
Are you renting out the same this year and if so is the apt available on these dates

Yes i am still an owner but had so many problems with forum site i have just released the apartment for rental this year
