LIFTS in PANORAMA and lack of SUNBEDS

I've just got back from spending a week in my apartment. The weather was fab and we had a wonderful time.
As the week progressed the sun beds became fewer and fewer, until there were virtually none left, even though the weather was warm. I and lots of other holiday makers had to make do with sitting on the benches instead. I know the season was coming to an end but surly it would'nt of been too much trouble to leave enough sunbeds out for people to use.
On the day we were due to leave we noticed that the lifts in block C2 had been switched off. I went to the office to ask them why this was and if they could put them back on but I didn't get a straight answer. Consequently we later had to lug x3 suitcases down 3 flights of stairs with the timer lights periodicly going off leaving it pitch black at times.
This is totally unacceptable and a serious health and safety risk, and FORT NOKS need to address this issue before somebody gets hurt.
