Admin - HELP - receipts contact

I made a payment recently to pay for maintenance fees, tax and rates.
I've sent Dimitar several emails and had no response.
I just want to make sure it was received ok and has been alloocated to my account.

Do you have another contact in your receipts department or can you tell Dimitar to pull his finger out and start responding to emails?
