dazza - very impressed with your website but i think you need to put pictures of your apartment on it so people can see what they are getting for their money and i dont think it is wise to tell them about all these facilitys ( 3 restuarants putting greens doctors dentist ) cos they are not on N.F.C. got 1 restuarant a corner shop a gym as big as my garden shed and its opposite the aquapark not next to it a very big difference im not trying to be negative but the complex is in a crap location i would struggle to sell mine even taking 50% of what i paid so u people who are trying to rent out u have no chance im hoping they put some footpaths on both sides of that horrendous road and a pelican crossing.

you know your right i didnt even think i just copied and pasted info, i was over in may and the road is horrendous especialy from my point of view as i have been in a rd traffic accident and lost sight in one of my eyes and that was walking alongside rd in england and i think if all the owners got together they would have to do something about the rd as for location i dont mind it, although i think someone said that the rd from burgas to varna is getting moved and that will no longer be a main rd

and for the pics there coming shortly me being a novice at this managed to build a website but use a scanner i cant

Cainy - did you buy without visiting Bulgaria? I know the road is very busy at the moment, but have heard that they are already building a motorway between Bourgas & Varna which will ease things and aren't FN supposed to be building bridge/underpass to make crossing easier as well? It isn't just your complex that you'd struggle to sell on at the moment - resales are very hard to come by across the board - you just need to give it time
