Can anyone recommend a company that they found good to sell an apartment in Sunny Beach. I have 2 unfurnished studio apts. in the Nessebar Fort club that I just want to get rid if cheap. Fort noks told me that they don't do resales.

Well I paid €25,000 each after fees so maybe I am a bit optimistic to ask €29,000 each. As you say Cainy, I'll probably have to drop to try to get rid of.

i believe it is pretty bad, its a long term investment, best make the most of what weve got and get renting!

Hi, Terry Lawson has set his own office up in Sunny Beach, specialising in Resales, his website is free to register and is really worth a look! Try this link for his site:

Hi Maxy,

I have been speaking with Terry today and he has informed me that he is experiencing some difficulties with his website and hopes to have it back on line asap. If anyone needs to get any information to him feel free to e-mail me and I will pass on any messages.

Thanks
Tom
