have any apt oweners rented with fn and how did they get
on ? rentel income what did they get per week ?

Fortnoks were not offering to take on rental management on crown fort for 2008 and they have recently posted a message about rentals for 2009 and I didn't see Crown Fort on the list so looks like no good for 2009 either. I've email the guy anyway to ask.

I managed to let the one of my apartments without using a rental company - mainly friends and colleagues, succeeded to get 11 weeks - a bit better than 2008. I paid Fortnoks only for the cleanings, laundry etc, but consider using them for the next season. My partner used them and is happy with the result. Could someone share thoughts about their work?

I found Fort Noks very good. 2 bed fully booked for 14 weeks. Rent not great after fees but at least it is an income.
