FORT NOKS

I am just trying to pay my annual fees through the FN website online payment facility but the first thing i am stuck on is the first screen where it asks for username and password. Can anyone help please?

user name and password are what you first registered with this site. if you have forgot them, you can e-mail the office and they will send you them, as they did with me
