Maintenance and management fee 2015 – 2016

Dear Owners,
As per the terms of the maintenance and management contract we would like to advice you, that the amount of the maintenance and management fee for the upcoming season /01.06.2015 – 31.05.2016/ will be corrected with the deflation index in Bulgaria for the past two years. A decrease of 2,5% is accumulated for the period: December 2012 – December 2014. In addition we are offering 3% discount in case that the payment of the maintenance is received not later than 01.06.2015. Please note that the amount of the maintenance and management fee in your invoice will be decreased with 2,5% deflation and 3% discount for early payment. In case that the payment is not received by 01.06.2015 the amount of the maintenance will be increased with 3%.

If you are willing to pay your maintenance and management fee for more than one year, please contact the manager of your complex. We are offering the following discounts:
- payment for two years in advance – 6% discount;
- payment for three or more years in advance – 10% discount.

For this year we are offering an advantageous deferred payment scheme for the maintenance and management fee – 50% of the amount of the maintenance and management fee not later than 01.06.2015 and the other 50% not later than 01.12.2015.

Will the Russian owners of apartments on all Fort Noks complexes also be charged 3% on top of their Maintenance fee if payment is not received by 01/06/2015 as on the Russian forum there is no mention by Fort Noks of a 3% increase in payment if the fees are not received on time?
