Dear apartment owners,

Since the beginning of the military actions we are accepting refugees. The accommodation is in the apartments owned by the company, or in apartments, the owners
of which have given permission. We clean the apartments for arrival, connect all communications, Internet, TV - we act according to the standard for tourists.

Accommodation according to the following principle:
- if a free housing is needed - no payment is required. We select an apartment based on the number of guests /loading the maximum available apartments/,
and the place - based on the possibilities.
- if there is a possibility that the accommodated can pay the utilities - we ask such a question on check-in, we offer accommodation on such conditions to people with the
ability to pay.
- Families contacting us with a request about the location, exact type of apartment, or wanting accommodation more comfortable than the standard - for example, for four
- a three-room apartment, get an offer with a price. So far, there are only a few such requests. But believe me, and we will spend this money correctly.

What we would like to ask you:
if you are ready to provide your apartment to refugees with our help, please let me know igor@fortnoks.org and the managers of your complex. If the people accommodated
in the apartment cannot pay for electricity and water, I will pay for it, a personal guarantee. If you want to take over the payment of a communal services - write,
any help is very important.

Many of you are going to your apartments. Many send their acquaintances to their apartments. Receptions do NOT work 24 hours a day - inform about arrival in advance,
so that we could turn on the water, light and leave the keys at the security guard at the entrance to the name you specified.

Dear apartment owners!

Thank you for your involvement in the fate of refugees from Ukraine.

More than 100 of you have given permission to use your apartments, and we gave them to people, or gave access to their friends and family.

-Some of the owners declare their readiness to bear the costs of refugees living in their apartments, for which we bow to you, but many rely on our guarantee for payment, including when their relatives and friends move into their apartments.
-Some of the people staying in your apartment reported that they could not pay for electricity and water, in whole or in part.
-From many families accommodated in the apartments of the owners, there is still no categorical information about the possibility of payment.

Along with the accommodation of refugees and in our more than 230 apartments, in addition to those provided by the owners, it is difficult for us to estimate the costs.

-We inform you that we are suspending the collection of apartments from you, dear owners, for provision to refugees, if you do not reserve the obligation to pay utility bills.

- We will limit our assistance in paying, if necessary, utility bills for families already accommodated in the apartments until April 1.

We kindly ask you to pay utility bills - remind you not to forget to do this when you move out or at the end of the month if you keep in touch with families in your apartments.

If you are the owner of the apartment and are ready to pay for the electricity and water costs, we will continue to accommodate the persons you specified in your apartment, or we will provide free of charge to the families who contact us.
