According to the all year round employment of the staff in your complex and for your best convenience, we would like to notify you that in all the developments we are performing the following services:
- free of charge ventilation of the apartment;
- free of charge regular property inspections – high- and off-season;
- free of charge checking of the property for possible damages caused by bad weather conditions;
- free of charge key holding service for the complexes Privilege Fort Beach, Messambria Fort Beach, Green Fort, Panorama Fort Beach, Marina View Fort Beach, Riviera Fort Beach, Imperial Fort Club, Crown Fort Club and Nessebar Fort Club;
- free of charge checking of the electric equipment and sanitary in the apartment;

Dear friends,

Please be advised that for the period 1-st of October 2008 - 1-st of April 2009, the price of the repair works over the apartments is discounted by 15%.

SEASON 2009:
Due to the all year round employment of the staff in your complex we would like to inform you that Fort Noks has decreased the price of the cleaning services for the Season 2009 with 20% to 30%. Considering from the 1st of October 2008 they become the following:

FULLY CLEANING OF AN APARTMENT:
- Studio - 20 euro
- 1 bed apartment - 30 euro
- 2 beds apartment - 40 euro
- 3 beds apartment - 60 euro

CLEANING WINDOWS:
- Studio - 10 euro
- 1 bed apartment - 15 euro
- 2 beds apartment - 20 euro
- 3 beds apartment - 30 euro

Laundry /up to 5 kg/ - 6 euro
Ironing /up to 5 kg/ - 8 euro
Safe box + installation - 70 euro

The free inspection of the apartment all year round, Do we formally have to ask you to check or do you do the inspection as a matter of course?

Are you systematically checking all the apartments on the NFC complex?
