A wonderful place for permanent residence and recreation on the Bulgarian Black Sea
coast, the residential complex Prestige Fort Beach is designed and built to please you, the property owner. But in order to keep the infrastructure and the grounds at their best,
it takes a long time, efforts and a serious amount of work by the management company.
- At the end of the tourist season the gardeners start their usual off season works - the trees are trimmed, withered shrubs and trees are removed, the roses and the alpineums are prepared for the winter season;
- Cleaning of all the tiles on the territory and general cleaning of all the building entrances;
- Starting to check all the apartments of the correct payers as per the Fort Noks guarantee program. As you are aware, the Fort Noks Guarantee program only covers the apartments, for which we have received the maintenance and management payment in time;
- Inspection, cleaning and repairing if necessary of all the benches and park bins on the territory of the complex;
- Repairs are made in some apartments, for which insurance fee was paid to us by their owners - few apartments were damaged by the heavy rain in September. Fortunately, their owners paid their insurance and in the shortest possible time, with our
assistance, the damage will be repaired;
- Inspection and cleaning of the drainage systems and rain sewerage;
- Cleaning and replacement of part of the drains on the facades of buildings;
- Impregnation of the facing stones, used in the cladding of the building facades, balconies and in the common parts of the buildings.
- Preparation of the pools and irrigation systems for the winter season. Dismantling and storing the pump equipment.
Rest assured, your property is under proper supervision. We are expecting you in
