Thinking of selling our 1 bedroom apartment can anybody recommend a good estate agent and how much can we expect to get fully furnished

Hi just saw it post ur are better selling private if u can as it saves commission . It depends on how it is fitted out and how well it has been kept the location of it etc . I often advertise for ppl as I do management of properties in NFC if u wud like to get in touch pls do

Our apartment is on first floor on D8 with double balcony overlooking the pool.It is a one bedroom in good condition. How much are the selling for?

I have one for sale as I do sell some and selling for 24,000 at the moment . That's a very clean . Pool view fully furnished too

Selling wise I don't know . It depends on the condition inside the sq m. The demand for them . Going by some I have seen sold and for sale they range from €23,000 to €25,000
