* the territory of the complex is regularly cleaned;
* all the building entrances are regularly cleaned and sanitized;
* care of the lawns, trimming the trees and shrubs, care of the flower beds;
* the balcony railings in your apartments are being painted;
* painting the air conditioning stands in your apartments;
* an optical cable is being laid on the territory of the complex – this task is an integral part of the program for the complete replacement of the video surveillance system in the complex;
*repair of the swimming pools, waterproof insulation repair and replacement of the pool tiles;
* basalt tiles replacement on the walkways in the complex;
