also, do we have to go over there and sign deeds, or can the solicitor do it?

I haven't as yet, but they are saying that they are finished. I was holding on until i received an e-mail

my next payment is now due and my final payment is this time next year.
regarding the notary this is issued after the FINAL payment and i imagine your solictor can do it for you

I've made my final payment, hopefully I will be able to get out there to sign early in the new year.

I met with my solicitor back in the summer, and in that meeting we spoke about signing but the solicitor did not offer to sign for me.

I have now paid my 3rd payment, like you my final payment is due this time next year. However we were invited to furnish and use the apartment. as we also had to pay a min of 1 years Insurance, (Buildings, not Contence)
However if the final payment is not due for another 12 mths isn't the apartment still the responsibility of
Fort Noks until we sign the deeds ??
