Walking to the beach

Hi , i have recently purchased an appartment in Nessebar Fort Club and have two young children.
I would be very interested from anybody who knows the local area ,and could tell me how far it is to the beach, how long would it take, is it a bit of a hike back up to the complex ,thats if we can make it across the main road

I'd say about 15 minutes at a steady walk.

There was a mini bus last year doing free transfers to/from the Aquapark to the beach area. However not sure if you had to show a receipt for having been to the aquapark, not sure on frequency either.
Someone has also mentioned the 'road train' which might be more suitable.
