In the electricity included in rental of the apartment

Hi All,
Having only finished our apartment and hopefully will be able to rent it. We have a one bedroom and it is completely furnished. Could any one tell me what is the going rate and is the electricty included in what you charge or does the person that rent have to also pay for this. Also how do you go about renting, this is all new to me.

They say that the electricity and water can be paid for at the end of the season . It's cheap enough anyway it seems. Fort Noks theirselves might be able to rent it for you.

electricity is more per therm in Bulgaria than in the UK now, also we have another large increase due at the end of this month, water is cheap
