Does anybody have problems getting emails back from N F C .
As we know the best form of communication is emails.and it is frustrating that on occasions we can not
get answers to our problems from the company,as they do not always reply.

never had a problem aglaia always gets back to me i contacted stella last week she emailed me back. if u click on contact us on fortnoks website and scroll down to NFC its tells you how to contact them.

I have had problems. Sometimes NFC are really fast and other times they ignore you, it can be a bit frustrating.
Aglaia has always replied and has been very helpful.
