has any body heard if the golf course is being built yet

WE ASKED TEODOR MINEV ABOUT THE GOLF COURSE BACK IN OCTOBER AS THERE WERE LOTS OF NEGATIVE COMMENTS ON THE FORUM REGARDING THE GOLF COURSE. THIS IS THE REPLY THAT WE GOT FROM HIM:

We had a problem with the landscape this season but for the next the golf course will be ready for use. 6 lanes and a driving range as stated in your contract.

i think its to big of a job for them to do it needs cutting first the grass lol that could take a fe months

Hi all.

While out there last year i was told by "Phil the taxi guy" that the land behing HFC & NFC was in the process of being sold, and a proposed full size golf course / complex / village was planned......apparently he knew of the guy who owned the land. He also mentioned that a bypass was planned further back from this, to eleviate some of the traffic from the road in front of the NFC.

Not sure if anyone has any further info.
