Studio to let in NFC

I have studio in NFC and I can let it for summer from 1st July to 15-th September (minimum 1 week). Only for private persons, not agencies, accommodation of empl. etc. Price 25-30 EUR/night total, depending on the lenght of stay. I am from Slovakia.
