I DON'T THINK THAT BOTH OWNERS WOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE PROCEDURE OF SELLING AND BUYING,BUT RATHER JUST HAVE TO PAY THE FEES TO CHANGE THE NAMES ON THE NOTARY DEEDS,NOW I MIGHT HAVE IT WRONG,BUT IF THAT WERE THE CASE I THINK IT WOULD BE RELATIVELY STRAIGHT FORWARD,IF BOTH PARTIES WERE EAGER ENOUGH TO DO IT.
I DON'T THINK MY FRIEND HAS GIVEN ANY THOUGHT TO THE POTENTIAL IMPLICATIONS,BUT IF YOU OR SOMEONE ELSE WERE INTERESTED,I'M SURE THESE ISSUES COULD BE CHECKED OUT,THE OWNER WILL BE ON THE COMPLEX FROM MID JULY AND WOULDBE DELIGHTED TO HEAR OF SOMEONE WILLING TO GIVE THE IDEA SOME CONSIDERATION.
