I agree Jackie

That price is insane it would not even cost a fraction of that in the uk, 50 pence for a game in bars and hotels here and that could take up to half an hour to play, if you play like me that is!!

Fort Noks you really need to rethink this so everyone can enjoy these facilities

Hi Jackie
Hope you and your family had a good holiday. Remember me I was the one who walked mud onto your new laminate floor, sorry. Thanks for the drink it was nice to talk to you both, hopefully we can catch up again.
As for the price of pool it is ridiculous, my boys love playing pool and would play for hours but not at those prices. Hopefully fortnoks might bring the prices down. If not how feasible do you think it is for us all to chip in and buy our own?

I can't see anyone wanting to sit around the pool area at this rate... 1Euro for sunbeds 20Lev for Pool, even the cleaning and laundry pricess are crazy! I stayed in my mates place at Marina Cape in Aheloy last week, and the following were free... Table tennis, football game, darts, sunbeds, even the gym. It was 5Lev for one game of 10 pin bowling. Full cleaning of the room (1 bed) was 20Lev and this is the rate they pay, not 30 euro!!!
FN your management strategy is so wrong, you will make more money by attracting people to stay within the complex. Not trying to charge stupid amounts for everything!

purkyuk, I have to agree with you on this one...pricing strategy is totally unexplainable

Football 15 euros an hour....would you let your kids pay 15 euros an hour for a kick about that will probably only last 15/20 mins when they decide they've had enough or too hot???

Also my concern particularly about the football is that these prices could encourage kids to start having a kick about the nice green grass, if they know there is nowhere else they can go!!!

.......and why is football 15euros and tennis only 10, when they're on the same court ??

I think realistically FN will have to revisit this pricing or be prepared to take a hit of any profit from these and other facilities.

The more facilities a complex has available and reasonably priced, surely the better chance you will get return visitors and also attract new investors.....hmm just a thought

you would think that FN would want invests who have bought from them already to buy more apartments from them.
I have just bought another apartment but i bought it from a different delevoper. The reasons i didnt choose to invest with FN again were because of things like the pool table, sun beds, 40euros for cleaning...etc.
i know these are only small things, but i didnt feel like i wanted to re-invest my money with a company that i feel are ripping us off.

i am sure i am not the only one.

FN - look after your customers if you want them to re-invest with you.

why do we have to pay for use of football court when we pay for the maintainance of it also my son is football crazy and like u say will be playing on the grass annoying people fair enough if its being rented but those who have bought should not need to pay

theres not a lot to maintain, the grass is fake.

We also think that the prices they are trying to charge are stupid. There is a laundrette down the road if this helps anyone.

i was just wondering if we are paying for it twice.

once to maintain it, and then again to use it.

admin dont seem to want to respond to this thread though.
i can only assume that the lack of a response means that they have no way of justifying these prices
